- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (optional)
- ¼ cup Chamomile tea (strongly brewed)
Directions:
Begin by brewing a cup of chamomile tea.
- In a bowl, add the oats, baking soda, and honey.
- Begin by adding 2 tablespoons of tea to the bowl and set aside.
- If your mix is too dry, add some more tea until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Now add the white sugar (optional) and mix well.
- The mask will be a bit on the chunky side.
- Wash your face and using your fingers apply the mask all over your face.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes.
